Product Data
These are Lithium-Calcium soap chemistry based, premium quality EP/multipurpose greases. They are manufactured under strictly controlled conditions using premium quality base oils & is fortified with EP additives and rust & oxidation inhibitors. These range of products have very durable film & superior surface adhesion. These greases also have good shear stability & good roll stability making them very versatile greases, with a wide variety of potential applications. This range of Lithium EP greases have been designed to handle medium to heavy loads for extended periods & also the occasional shock loading.
They are suitable for applications wherein operating temperatures rise up to 130 0C under routine service. The consistency & excellent pumpability of these products also make them suitable for centralized lubrication systems.
Our Lithium-Calcium EP greases have been designed, engineered & formulated to provide robust EP capability at the boundary film level, superior pumpability & heat stability, & therefore, longer service life. Their operating temperature range is -20℃ to + 130℃. Our Lithium-Calcium greases do not undergo any hardening or loss of pumpability on medium to long term storage
